Which situation are you in?

No fibre in my area

TM hasn't built the fibre network on your street or in your taman yet.

Fibre is there, but ports are full

Your neighbours have Unifi, but the nearby TM DP box has no free port for a new line.

Either way, registering puts your address on the list. TM uses demand numbers to decide where to expand first, so more registrations in one area help it get built sooner.

What you need to prepare

MyKad (front & back) / Passport Required MyKad front & back for Malaysians, or the passport photo page for non-Malaysians.
Utility bill (SESB / TNB / Water / other telco) RequiredRecent bill showing the installation address. A bill from another telco is fine too.
Premises photo RequiredClear daylight photo of the front of the premises, with the house / unit number visible.
Correct GPS pin Required Set on the map in the form, nothing to upload. The pin must sit on the roof of your house or building, not on the road.

Photo of the nearest TM DP box (black box on a wall or pole with the TM logo and a code), if you can find one.

It tells TM exactly which port point serves your premises, which can speed up the check. You'll usually find it on a wall in the building's utility area or on a nearby TM pole.

Tips for photos & your pin

✓ Do
  • Take photos in daylight
  • Show the whole front of the premises with the house / unit number readable
  • Switch the map to satellite view and zoom in until you can see your roof
✗ Don't
  • Send blurry or very dark photos
  • Take a close-up of only the door or gate
  • Drop the pin on the road or a neighbour's house

How it works

  2. 2We check your documents and pin, then put your address on the demand list.
  3. 3We may ask for more photos or documents if TM needs them. You'll get the request by email and WhatsApp.
  4. 4When coverage opens, we contact you first by email and WhatsApp, and help you choose a plan.

Is Demand Registration free?
Yes. There is no fee and nothing to pay. Registering does not commit you to any plan.
How long until coverage is available?
There is no fixed timeline. TM decides where and when to build or add ports. More registrations in the same area help show TM there is demand. We will contact you as soon as your area is ready.
Why do you need my IC and utility bill?
TM needs to confirm the person and the exact premises before your address is put on the demand list. The bill only has to show the installation address.
Can I submit first and upload documents later?
Yes. Submit the form now and upload the documents later with the secure link in your confirmation email. We may also ask for more photos or documents later if TM needs them.
Can I register more than one address?
Yes. Submit one registration for each address, each with its own GPS pin and premises photo.
