Data we collect
- Name, MyKad / passport number, phone number and email
- Installation address and business details (if applicable)
- Supporting documents you upload (e.g. MyKad copy, SSM, bills)
Why we collect it
- To process your Unifi application with Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM)
- To contact you about your application via WhatsApp, phone or email
- To notify you when coverage becomes available (demand registration)
Disclosure
Your data is disclosed only to TM and its authorised contractors for the purpose of processing and installing your subscription. We do not sell your data.
Security & retention
Documents are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on a private server that is not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to authorised staff. Documents are deleted after they are no longer needed for the application.
