Sdn Bhd / Berhad: SSM Form 9, 24 & 49, or Section 17 & Section 14.
Plus the owner / director MyKad and a utility bill of the business premise.
Do I need to pay anything when I apply?
No, nothing to pay when you apply. Unifi Home and Unifi Biz have an advance payment of RM100, paid after installation (within 7 days after installation is completed), directly to your official Unifi (TM) account, not to SYP Tech. It is not an extra charge: the amount offsets your first monthly bills, so you won't pay anything more until the credit is used up.
Can I submit documents later?
Yes. You can submit your application first and upload documents later using the secure link in your confirmation email, or our team can send you the link on WhatsApp.
How do I check if my area has Unifi coverage?
Submit your application with the full installation address and pin your house on the map. Our team checks coverage with TM and will contact you. If there is no coverage or ports are full, you can register your demand and we will notify you once it is available.
What is Demand Registration?
If your address has no Unifi fibre coverage yet, or the nearby ports are full, Demand Registration puts your address on our list. When TM expands coverage or adds ports in your area, we contact you first.
What is MSR (Multiple Subscription Rules)?
MSR applies when you already have a Unifi account and want another one. This can be at the same premises (for example a separate line for a home office, tenants or another floor in the same building) or at a different address (a shop, rental unit or second home). You will need your latest Unifi bill and proof of the installation address.
What is a Winback plan?
Winback plans are special offers for customers switching to Unifi from another broadband provider such as Time, Maxis or CelcomDigi. You will need to show a recent bill from your current provider.
How long does installation take?
Once your application is submitted to TM and coverage is confirmed, installation is usually scheduled within a few working days, subject to TM appointment availability in your area.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. Documents are uploaded over an encrypted connection and stored on a private server that is not publicly accessible. We only use your data to process your Unifi application, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
